With around 7,000 square feet, this beautiful home combines the perfect blend of indoor luxury and amenities, outdoor entertaining that rivals any resort, amazing views and concierge partners that cater to your every need.

Outdoor Oasis: Arrive at the residences and you will immediately be drawn to the private resort style backyard that has a pool, spa, water features, and a covered ramada complete with TV and large area of plush seating. There is also an option to add pool heat for the winter months. The outdoor area also has resort style lounge seating with large umbrellas and lounge chairs to bask in the Arizona sun around the pool. Want to play some pickle-ball, tennis or a game of basketball? Head on over to the Sport Court. Also included for your entertainment is your own putting green, grilling station, horseshoes and large yard area to run around, play corn hole or relax in the hammock.

Indoor Luxury: At HÓZHÓ Scottsdale, we believe any stay should be centered around comfort. All HÓZHÓ Scottsdale properties focus on premier bedding, plush pillows, and soft oversized pool and bath towels. Our homes are professionally furnished with your vacation experience in mind. After a long day in the sun be sure to wind down in your own private media room complete with three TV's and Sonos surround sound. Need some additional entertainment? Take in a game of pool, play a game of cards or watch your favorite show on one of the TV’s provided in every main space and bedroom.

  We had an amazing stay at the Estate on the Course. We were 12 guests, and we were extremely comfortable. The home’s location is ideal, and it is comfortable, luxurious, clean, and full of amenities. You could honestly stay at the house and never get bored.

  Stayed here for a golf trip with about 12 guys, and despite the heat wave everyone had an amazing time.
  
  The backyard / pool / pickleball court were tons of fun, and being able to cook and grill for everyone (and then have room for everyone to sit and eat / watch tv together) was perfect. Being on the course means not a ton of noise from nearby houses or busy roads, but still very convenient access to the golf courses / casino / nightlife.
  
  The admin team was also great, helping us pre-arrival (and doing a walkthrough to answer any questions) and were always so fast to reply.
  
  Highly recommend!!

  This is my very first review I have taken the time to do. This house was just amazing! We had 15 people ranging from 12-50. There was so much room for everyone. The kids and adults played pickle ball, tennis, swam, golf, layed out in the sun, roasted marshmallows, and grilled some great food. We could of just at this property the whole time.
  
  Sean was so great and Jada gave us a great tour before the stay, which was so helpful!!! The house is so big and has so many rooms she explained everything to us! They also left is some welcome gifts.

  This property is amazing. The home is just as described and the property management company was quick to respond. The pool and outdoor equipment was a great amenity to a family gathering. The concierge services were fabulous. @chef Bridget @bibis_latin_kitchen was incredible. If there was any feedback I would give it would be to give back the closet in the bedroom and put a locked cabinet in garage for storage. In addition put garbage pals in all bathrooms. Lastly would be to check equipment as we ended up purchasing some as several items were in bad shape. Do watch for flying golf balls. Overall it was an amazing vacation and experience for my family. I would gladly return for another stay.

  Beautiful house and backyard! We were a group of 15 ranging in age from 6 to 69. Plenty of room for all of us! And everyone enjoyed all of the backyard amenities, pool and hot tub, sports court, putting green,games and even the hammock! The property was clean and well maintained! Sean was quick to respond from the time of booking, and we were greeted by Jada at the property, she gave us a quick tour and explained some of the workings of the house. We had a couple of questions the first couple of days, and received a quick response. We enjoyed a baseball game, a little hiking, a few went on a hot air balloon ride, a few went golfing and a few went for a spa treatment. But mostly we just enjoyed all of the amenities of the yard and the house, including gathering around in the room with three TV's watching sports NCAA final four, wrestlemania, etc. We stayed for a week and we all thoroughly enjoyed our time together! We would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

  Overall, this is an outstanding property to host large groups. Premier AZ Destinations was great to work with and accommodated all of our special requests.

  1. The course this property backs up to, isn't great and not worth the rate.
  2. While we made due with what was available, the property isn't stocked well with kitchen cookware nor stemware.

  This location was absolutely ideal for our Executives to have their planning meetings! Very clean and an abundance of room! The hosts were super responsive and ensured I had all of the information I needed before anyone arrived.
