With around 17,000 square feet, this beautiful home combines the perfect blend of indoor luxury and amenities, outdoor entertaining that rivals any resort and concierge partners that cater to your every need. Hosting a corporate event? Have your team meetings and display your vision boards in our corporate center complete with conference table and projector screen. After your business has commenced, head on over to the bar and lounge area for a cocktail or sweat it out in the gym upstairs with elliptical, bike and much more.

Outdoor Oasis: Arrive at the grand estates and you will immediately be drawn to the private resort style backyard that has a pool, a rather extravagant lazy river, dual water slides, a hidden bar/lounge area behind our rain wall with in pool seating, multiple water features, and a sunken pool side ramada lounge area complete with TV and plush seating. There is also an option to add pool heat for the winter months. The outdoor area also has resort style lounge seating with large covered area and lounge chairs to bask in the Arizona sun around the pool. Want to practice on your short game? Head over to the putting green prior to hitting the course. Also included for your entertainment is a grilling station and an option to dine outdoors.

Indoor Luxury: At HÓZHÓ Scottsdale, we believe any stay should be centered around comfort. All HÓZHÓ Scottsdale properties focus on premier bedding, plush pillows, and soft oversized pool and bath towels. Our homes are professionally furnished with your vacation experience in mind. After a long day in the sun be sure to wind down in the game room with your own movie theatre complete with a large TV and Sonos surround sound. Need some additional entertainment?   We came to stay at this property in October for BarrettJackson car auction . We were 19 guys and everybody had their own bed and comfortable sleeping arrangements. The property concierge helped us to book many experiences included hibachi and transportation to various events. I can’t wait to come stay here again !!

  This property absolutely over-delivered! From the host that met us at the property to tour us around and make sure we knew how to work all the technology, to the charcuterie platter that welcomed us, to the impeccably furnished home... it was all 10/10! It was absolutely perfect for our company sales retreat, as we were able to house our sales staff in the main house, and our corprate staff in the guest house. The conference room made the perfect gathering place for our sessions. The kitchen was plenty big for us to prepare and serve our meals.
  
  But no doubt, the highlight of the entire property was the pool, the water slides, and the lazy river that we spent the majority of our visit floating around in.
  
  The linens and mattresses were SO comfortable! Almost everyone mentioned how well they were sleeping. My roommate and I even pulled back the sheets the last day to try to figure out where the mattress was from.
  
  The neighborhood was gorgeous and felt very safe, and there was plenty of parking between the garages and the large driveway.
  
  We did have to call our first morning about a leaking faucet, and they came right out to take care of it.
  
  Just three very small suggestions to make this 10/10 stay even more memorable: a stash of a few spare pool towels would have been helpful, the kitchen was a little bit understocked in terms of cooking supplies (for a house that can sleep so many, the pots were quite small), and there were no floats supplied for the pool. Thankfully we had brought our own (and a pump), but that would have been a bummer had we not thought to bring them.
